Entering the Studio is like entering an alternate world.  A cozy and comfortable vibe, where inner peace awaits.

Group classes and baths/meditations are available as well as private (1-1, small group, couple) sessions.  I can also personalize your own private session!

 16 years ago I got my first Tibetan bowl.  I dove headfirst into yoga/meditation and somehow came across some recordings of Tibetan bowls.  I was in love. At a very young age, I introduced my daughters to mediation and yoga.  We would have Monday Yoga nights before I was even a yoga teacher.  We would listen to the Tibitain Bowls during mediation and although our girls would ask “what are we supposed to think about?” all of us found it relaxing. At the time, I realized I was on a path that many people hadn’t discovered yet.  That path became a passion and grew and still grows today.

 My philosophy at Elevated Vibes is that prevention is always better than cure. I aim to create the perfect physical and energetic ‘tune up’ to promote your ongoing health and well-being. Through maintaining regular visits, I find clients naturally become more connected with their own physical bodies and find more balance mentally and emotionally- and with this ongoing support, ultimately developing their ability to be their own healers.
